Product Information

The DSend600+ is JSP's new evacuation device, in the event of an accident the DSend600+ is used for safe evacuation of personnel.

Using it's direct drive mechanism the DSend600+ is capable of handling weights up to 282Kg, this is roughly the weight of 3-4 people. The ability for this product to handle a number of people at a time allows for a much quicker rescue.

  • The DSend600+ comes with a built in winch allowing for an initial lift and maneuver of the rescued persons before lowering them down
  • The DSend600+ comes as a pre-assembled 20M length but is available in custom lengths of up to a staggering 600M on request
  • This means that the maximum height and weight this product allows you to descend exceeds the current EN standards
  • The DSend600+ is fitted with 20M of 10.5mm Kernmantle Rope, 3 x Karabiners and comes with 1 x Rescue Rope Grab, 2 x Anchorage Slings and in a bag 
  • Complies with EN 341-2011 Class A, ANSI Z359.4-2013 and CSA-Z259.2.3-L2:2012 Class B

Delivery Information
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between business hours, for weekend or timed
deliveries please contact a member of our team.

Each product displays an estimated lead time at point of sale and you will also get a further estimated
order arrival time when you go to check out. If you need any further information please contact us and a
member of the team will be more than happy to help.
 
All orders are sent out complete to help reduce our carbon footprint and to prevent waste from
excess packaging, if your order needs to be split please contact a member of our team.

Bespoke print orders have a lead time of 7-10 working days, in order to keep the high levels of
service and speedy turn around orders for this service are classed as a separate order to standard
stock orders.

What do I do, if I order something and it is for any reason not quite right?

All we ask is that the product is unspoilt and with it's original packaging.

I am missing an item or something is damaged, what do I do?
In the rare and unfortunate event of there being damage or a shortage upon delivery, contact customer services on 0345 500 6060 so we can sort the problem and send replacements.

Return Procedure

  1. You will need your delivery note number and the details of the items to be returned.
  2. Phone customer services on 0345 500 6060 or email sales@safetecdirect.co.uk
  3. We will issue a returns number and immediately arrange for collection of the items.
  4. Return the item in its original condition, including any packaging and make sure it's safely and securely packed into another outer box so it is not defaced or damaged in any way.
  5. We will then despatch a replacement from our distribution centre or process a refund as appropriate on inspection of the returned goods.
  6. Refunds will be processed with 7 days of return.
