Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between business hours, for weekend or timed
deliveries please contact a member of our team.

Each product displays an estimated lead time at point of sale and you will also get a further estimated
order arrival time when you go to check out. If you need any further information please contact us and a
member of the team will be more than happy to help.

All orders are sent out complete to help reduce our carbon footprint and to prevent waste from
excess packaging, if your order needs to be split please contact a member of our team.

Bespoke print orders have a lead time of 7-10 working days, in order to keep the high levels of
service and speedy turn around orders for this service are classed as a separate order to standard
stock orders.

What do I do, if I order something and it is for any reason not quite right?
For peace of mind we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all stock items, so if something does not fit or for some reason you are not 100% happy let us know within 30 days and we will arrange collection of the goods for a full credit or exchange. All we ask is that the product is unspoilt and with it's original packaging.

I am missing an item or something is damaged, what do I do?
In the rare and unfortunate event of there being damage or a shortage upon delivery, contact customer services on 0345 500 6060 so we can sort the problem and send replacements.

Return Procedure

You will need your delivery note number and the details of the items to be returned.

We will issue a returns number and immediately arrange for collection of the items.
Return the item in its original condition, including any packaging and make sure it's safely and securely packed into another outer box so it is not defaced or damaged in any way.
We will then despatch a replacement from our distribution centre or process a refund as appropriate on inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds will be processed with 7 days of return.

Polyco RE0360 Electricians Gloves have been tested in accordance with European standards to ensure performance.

EN60903 Live Working Gloves of Insuating Material

To obtain compliance with EN60903, each pair must be electrically tested to meet the requirements of the standard.
The electricians gloves are classified according to the level of voltage and protection they provide.
The voltage protection is then given a class as follows:

Class 00 - Maximum Working AC Voltage 500V
Class 0 - Maximum Working AC Voltage 1,000V
Class 1 - Maximum Working AC Voltage 7,500V
Class 2 - Maximum Working AC Voltage 17,000V
Class 3 - Maximum Working AC Voltage 26,500V
Class 4 - Maximum Working AC Voltage 36,000V
