Not absolutely perfect? Let us fix things

We set the standard when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. For peace of mind we offer a free return service, so if you are not 100% happy with any of our products we can replace or refund your item.

We offer two different free return methods, please read below to ensure you use the correct method.

Let us handle it

If you have received the wrong item, your item is faulty or the item/s you wish to return are over 10kg in weight and/or over 60x60x60cm in size, let us handle it and arrange a collection.

Contact us by phone or email with your Safetec delivery note number, post code and order number
We'll send you a return note (which you'll need to add to your parcel) and confirm collection date
Return your items in protective outer packaging (do not stick labels to product packaging). Ensure the product has it's original packaging, any tags attached and has not been used
Leave with us! We'll provide a refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items

If you are returning your item for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items. Ensure you read the important information below before you create your return.

DHL self return is so easy - You can drop your returns at any of the thousands of local stores. The shopkeeper will scan the label you produce and give you a receipt with unique reference code. Please remember self return can only accept maximum dimensions of 60x60x60cm.

Important information before you return

  1. Send your return in protective outer packaging: Do not stick labels on product packaging including shoe boxes, we may charge for tarnished product packaging that is not re-sellable.
  2. Ensure your return has the original product packaging, any tags attached and has not been used: We won't accept items that are not in a perfect re-sellable condition.
  3. We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty.
  4. You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  5. Please contact us if you have a faulty item to explain the issue before returning.
