All orders are sent out complete to help reduce our carbon footprint and to prevent waste from

Bespoke print orders have a lead time of 7-10 working days, in order to keep the high levels of

What do I do, if I order something and it is for any reason not quite right?
For peace of mind we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all stock items, so if something does not fit or for some reason you are not 100% happy let us know within 30 days and we will arrange collection of the goods for a full credit or exchange. All we ask is that the product is unspoilt and with it's original packaging.

I am missing an item or something is damaged, what do I do?
In the rare and unfortunate event of there being damage or a shortage upon delivery, contact customer services on 0345 500 6060 so we can sort the problem and send replacements.

Return Procedure

You will need your delivery note number and the details of the items to be returned.

We will issue a returns number and immediately arrange for collection of the items.
Return the item in its original condition, including any packaging and make sure it's safely and securely packed into another outer box so it is not defaced or damaged in any way.
We will then despatch a replacement from our distribution centre or process a refund as appropriate on inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds will be processed with 7 days of return.

The Universal Defibrillator Cabinet is designed for the safe storage of defibrillator units. The wall-mountable cabinet keeps AEDs visible, easily accessible and out of the way of potential damage. The cabinet has a large window so you can easily inspect the condition of the unit and ensure it is there at all times. It also includes a sticker label and a built-in alarm that sounds when the cabinet has been opened.

The cabinet is suitable for use with all common defibrillators.

Setting up and maintaining the C855A cabinet:

When you first receive the cabinet, the alarm will be switched to “OFF”; the alarm must be switched to the “ON” position to function
The alarm can be found inside the cabinet, attached to the roof on the right-hand side. The “ON/OFF” button is located on the back of the alarm - switch the alarm to the “ON” position. At this point, the alarm will sound until the door is completely closed.
If you wish to turn the alarm off completely, switch the alarm to the “OFF” position. Note that this will prevent the alarm from sounding in an emergency or break-in situation
To replace the battery, use a Phillips-head screwdriver to unscrew the alarm from the roof of the cabinet. The top of the alarm case will slide off to reveal the battery, which can now be taken out and replaced with a new LR44 button cell battery. Once the battery has been replaced screw the alarm back into its original position
